WOW!!! It has been a year already, so we know what that means, PARTY. Universal Mambo Dance Academy will be hosting their first ever anniversary party. Saturday, March 18, 2006 commencing at 9pm until - ??? they don't call us Party Crashers for nothing. Everything has a price, and for a merely $10 you will enjoy an atmosphere like no other, a stress free environment, unprecedented performances and all the Salsa/Mambo/Cha-Cha music you can handle. It will be located at the beautiful John Parnell Studio on the the Corner of Sand Lake Road and Orange Blossom Trail, just a few miles north of our studio. ***ONLY do this if you have errors after you have installed Joomla. These errors will likely first arise when you try to install a new extension, such as a new template. In fact, that is an excellent way to pro-actively test if you need to enable the FTP file system layer. Go to one of the Joomla theme clubs that offer some free templates, like Joomlashack.com, Shape5.com, YouJoomla.com, RocketTheme.com, etc, and try installing a free template. I will soon have a Joomla 1.5 tutorial that shows how to install a template, but in the mean time, this tut for joomla 1.0 will suffice http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jl0TdNXyXkc
The procedure is basically the same. If the install fails with errors, then, and only then, will you need to enable the FTP file system layer.
